Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor in Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, or Boca Raton, you will build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith. Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice while connecting clients to Thrivent’s comprehensive products and programs, including investments, insurance, banking, and generosity initiatives.

Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships based on trust and understanding. Detailed Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Advice

• Conduct comprehensive financial planning sessions tailored to clients' faith-based goals and life stages.
• Analyze clients' financial situations to recommend personalized strategies for saving, investing, and protecting assets.
• Present Thrivent products such as life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, retirement plans, and banking solutions.

Business Development

• Prospect and generate leads through networking in local churches, community events, and professional circles in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and Boca Raton.
• Host educational financial workshops and seminars to attract prospective clients and establish thought leadership.
• Utilize Thrivent’s marketing resources, digital tools, and CRM systems to nurture leads and grow your practice.

Relationship Management

• Cultivate multi-generational client relationships by providing ongoing support and proactive advice.
• Collaborate with Thrivent specialists for advanced solutions in estate planning, tax strategies, and charitable giving.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional client service.

• Previous financial advisor experience preferred but not required; we train motivated career changers.
