• Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships throughout generations based on trust and understanding, with the ability to serve clients in your chosen community in Grand Forks and surrounding areas.
• Make client appointments by leveraging your network and Thrivent’s reputation, delivering award-winning financial workshops and marketing your practice through local events and digital strategies.

Education & Experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in sales, business management, education, ministry, hospitality, military, or related fields is highly valued, as skills from these areas transition seamlessly into financial advising.
• Ability to obtain required licenses: state insurance licenses (life, health & variable contracts), Series 7 and Series 66 registrations (Thrivent provides paid training).
• Reside in or strong ties to Grand Forks, ND, and surrounding areas.
• Demonstrated commitment to community involvement and Christian values.
