Detailed Responsibilities

• Build and grow a financial advisory practice focused on Christian clients in Greater Columbus, offering tailored advice on investments, insurance, banking, and generosity planning.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess client needs and recommend purpose-driven financial strategies.
• Host educational financial workshops and seminars to attract new clients and deepen community engagement.
• Leverage personal networks, Thrivent marketing tools, and digital platforms to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Series 7, 66, and state insurance licenses.
• Collaborate with Thrivent specialists in business development, technology, and marketing to enhance practice growth.
• Monitor client portfolios, provide ongoing advice, and adjust strategies to align with life goals and faith values.
• Participate in Thrivent’s generosity initiatives, promoting a culture of giving back to the Columbus community.
