Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor in Greenwood and surrounding areas, you will build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith. Detailed Responsibilities

Core Duties

• Build and grow a sustainable financial advisory practice by leveraging personal networks, Thrivent’s brand, and community engagement in Greenwood, IN.
• Conduct client discovery meetings to assess financial goals, risks, and opportunities, delivering tailored advice on wealth building, protection, and legacy planning.
• Recommend and implement Thrivent products such as life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, retirement plans, and charitable giving strategies.
• Host educational financial workshops and seminars to attract prospects and position yourself as a trusted expert in financial planning.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA Series 7 & 66, and state insurance licenses.

Business Development
