Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor serving Lubbock and Amarillo, Texas, you will build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith. Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice, connecting clients to Thrivent products and programs like retirement planning, life insurance, investment strategies, and charitable giving solutions.

Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships throughout generations based on trust and understanding, with the ability to serve clients in your chosen community. Make client appointments by leveraging your network and Thrivent’s reputation, delivering award-winning financial workshops, and marketing your practice. Detailed Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial planning sessions, assessing clients' goals, risk tolerance, and faith-aligned values to create customized strategies.
• Recommend and implement Thrivent investment products, insurance policies, and banking solutions tailored to individual and family needs.
• Host educational financial workshops and seminars in Amarillo and Lubbock communities to attract prospects and establish thought leadership.
• Prospect and network within local churches, businesses, and community events to expand your client base organically.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA Series 7 & 66, and state insurance licenses.
• Collaborate with Thrivent’s regional teams for marketing support, technology tools, and business coaching to accelerate practice growth.
• Track client portfolios, provide ongoing reviews, and adjust plans to ensure sustained financial health and generosity opportunities.
• Leverage digital tools and CRM systems to manage leads, appointments, and client communications efficiently.
