Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor in Marietta / Kennesaw, GA, you will build a financial practice that provides personal, actionable and achievable advice. Connect clients to Thrivent products and programs, developing and maintaining genuine, long-term relationships throughout generations based on trust and understanding.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith.
• Provide personal, actionable and achievable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs including investments, insurance, banking, and generosity initiatives.
• Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships throughout generations based on trust and understanding, with the ability to serve clients in the Marietta / Kennesaw community.
• Make client appointments by leveraging your network and Thrivent’s reputation, delivering award-winning financial workshops and marketing your practice effectively.
• Have the flexibility to control your schedule, allowing for work-life balance while meeting client needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and specialists in business development, marketing, technology, engagement, and experienced advisors to grow your business.
• Conduct comprehensive financial planning sessions, analyzing client needs and recommending tailored solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Must obtain state insurance licenses (life, health & variable contracts), Series 7 and 66 registrations (Thrivent provides paid training).
• Previous experience in sales, financial services, or client-facing roles preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated commitment to community involvement and faith-based values.
