  • Foster multi-generational client relationships through ongoing engagement and reviews.

Business Development

  • Leverage personal networks, community events, and Thrivent's brand to generate leads.
  • Host educational financial workshops and seminars in McDonough and surrounding areas.
  • Implement targeted marketing campaigns to grow your practice sustainably.

Product Expertise & Compliance

  • Recommend Thrivent's suite of investment, insurance, banking, and generosity programs.
  • Ensure all advice complies with regulatory standards and Thrivent's ethical guidelines.
  • Stay updated on market trends, tax laws, and financial products through continuous education.

  • Demonstrated leadership in community or faith-based organizations is a plus.
  • Clean background check and ability to meet FINRA requirements.

Compensation Overview

Earn uncapped income through a competitive commission structure, performance incentives, and bonuses. Top performers in similar roles achieve six-figure earnings. Base salary during training period included.
