Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor in Milwaukee, WI, you will build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith. Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice while connecting clients to Thrivent’s comprehensive products and programs, including investments, insurance, banking, and generosity initiatives.

Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships across generations based on trust and understanding. Serve clients in your chosen Milwaukee community, leveraging your network and Thrivent’s award-winning reputation to secure appointments through workshops and targeted marketing.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Build and grow a sustainable financial advisory practice by prospecting within local networks, churches, and communities in Milwaukee and surrounding areas.
• Deliver personalized financial planning, including retirement strategies, investment portfolios, life insurance, health coverage, and wealth protection solutions.
• Conduct award-winning financial workshops and seminars to educate and attract clients seeking faith-aligned financial advice.

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Series 7, 66, and state insurance licenses.

Education & Experience

Requirements:
