Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor in Golden Valley, Minnesota, you will build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith. Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice, connecting clients to Thrivent products and programs. Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships across generations based on trust and understanding, serving clients in your chosen community.

Make client appointments by leveraging your network and Thrivent’s reputation, delivering award-winning financial workshops, and marketing your practice. Detailed Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a financial practice by identifying client needs and offering tailored financial solutions including investments, insurance, banking, and generosity planning.

  • Leverage Thrivent’s marketing tools and resources to host workshops, seminars, and community events that attract prospective clients in Minneapolis and Northwest Metro.
