Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor in Blaine, Minnesota, you'll build a sustainable financial practice tailored to the unique needs of clients in the North Metro area. This role combines entrepreneurial freedom with comprehensive corporate backing, allowing you to serve clients where they live, work, and worship. Provide personal, actionable, and achievable financial advice, connecting clients to Thrivent’s suite of products including investments, insurance, banking, and generosity programs.

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith.
• Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
• Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships throughout generations based on trust and understanding, with the ability to serve clients in your chosen community like Blaine and surrounding North Metro areas.
• Make client appointments by leveraging your network and Thrivent’s reputation, delivering award-winning financial workshops and marketing your practice effectively.
• Have the flexibility to control your schedule, allowing for optimal work-life balance while meeting client needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues who want you to succeed, sharing insights and strategies in a supportive environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in sales, client relationship management, or coaching preferred but not required—Thrivent provides full training.
• Must be willing to obtain required licenses: state insurance (life, health, variable contracts), Series 7, and Series 66.
• Reside in or strong ties to Blaine, Minnesota, or North Metro Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
• Demonstrated commitment to Christian values and community involvement.

Compensation Overview

Earn uncapped income through a competitive commission structure, performance incentives, and bonuses. First-year earnings potential ranges from $60,000 to $120,000+, with top performers exceeding $150,000 annually as their practice grows.
