Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor, you will build a financial practice guiding clients toward lives of service and faith. This role offers the autonomy to control your schedule while leveraging Thrivent’s strong reputation and resources. You’ll provide personal, actionable advice, connect clients to tailored products like investments, insurance, banking, and generosity programs, and foster genuine, multi-generational relationships based on trust.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Build and grow a financial practice by guiding Christians to financial clarity and empowering lives of service and faith.
• Provide personal, actionable, and achievable financial advice, connecting clients to Thrivent’s full suite of products and programs including investments, insurance, banking, and generosity planning.
• Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships across generations, built on trust, understanding, and community involvement.
• Secure client appointments through your personal network, Thrivent’s esteemed reputation, award-winning financial workshops, and targeted marketing strategies.
• Control your schedule for optimal work-life balance, with flexibility to serve clients where they live, work, and worship in the South & Southwest Metro area.

Education & Experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Must be willing to obtain required licenses: state life, health & variable contracts, Series 7, and Series 66.

• Reside in or strong ties to the Minneapolis/St. Paul South & Southwest Metro area, such as Eden Prairie, MN.
