Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor, you will build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith. Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice while connecting clients to Thrivent products and programs. Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships throughout generations based on trust and understanding, with the ability to serve clients in your chosen community across Montana's vibrant regions.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Build and grow a financial practice by guiding clients toward financial clarity and purpose-driven goals.
• Provide personalized financial planning, investment advice, insurance solutions, banking services, and generosity programs.
• Develop long-term client relationships based on trust, understanding, and community involvement in areas like Missoula, Butte, Great Falls, Havre, Kalispell, Billings, Helena, and Bozeman.
• Leverage personal networks, Thrivent’s brand, workshops, and marketing strategies to secure client appointments.
• Conduct financial workshops and seminars to educate and attract potential clients on financial well-being.
• Collaborate with Thrivent specialists in business development, marketing, technology, and more to enhance your practice.
• Maintain compliance with state insurance licenses, Series 7, and Series 66 registrations.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling to balance professional growth with personal life.

Education & Experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Earn uncapped income through a competitive commission and incentive structure based on your success. During the up-to-14-week paid onboarding and training period, receive a base stipend. Post-onboarding, top performers in similar roles achieve six-figure earnings. For Butte, Montana, first-year total compensation potential ranges from $55,000 to $120,000+, with experienced advisors earning $150,000+ annually through renewals and growth.
