Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor in Muskego, WI, you will build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity. Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice while connecting clients to Thrivent’s comprehensive suite of products and programs, including retirement planning, investment strategies, life insurance, health insurance, variable annuities, banking solutions, and generosity planning tools.

You’ll develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships across generations, based on trust and deep understanding. Serve clients in your chosen Muskego community and surrounding areas, leveraging your local network and Thrivent’s stellar reputation. Detailed Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on investments, insurance, retirement planning, estate planning, and debt management.
  • Leverage Thrivent’s digital tools and CRM systems to track client progress and ensure ongoing support.
  • Host educational seminars and workshops on topics like financial wellness, generous giving, and faith-aligned investing.
  • Collaborate with Thrivent specialists for advanced product solutions and compliance support.
  • Prospect and nurture leads from local churches, community events, and referrals in Muskego and nearby areas.
  • Maintain compliance with FINRA, SEC, and state regulations while prioritizing ethical, client-first advice.
