  • Meet with new and existing clients to build relationships, grow your book of business, and provide tailored financial guidance.
  • Solicit and sell appropriate financial products, complete applications, write recommendations, and service client contracts.
  • Position Thrivent products, services, and strategies to help clients achieve financial clarity and long-term goals.
  • Build proficiency in key tools like Salesforce, Money Guide Pro, What-If Tax, and other advice platforms.
  • Participate in community events to attract new clients and deliver financial education workshops.
  • Research and respond promptly to client inquiries about accounts, investments, and insurance.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Advisor on complex financial scenarios and planning strategies.

  • 1-3 years in financial services, sales, or client-facing roles optimal but not required.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning principles.

Compensation Overview
