Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor in the Northeast Indiana Triangle, you will build a financial practice that aligns faith, finances, and generosity. You’ll provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice, connecting clients to Thrivent’s comprehensive suite of products and programs, including investments, insurance, banking, and philanthropy tools. Leverage your network and Thrivent’s award-winning reputation to make client appointments, deliver financial workshops, and market your practice effectively.

This position is ideal for self-starters passionate about serving others in Ft. Wayne and surrounding areas. Detailed Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a financial practice by guiding clients toward financial clarity and empowering lives of service and faith.
  • Provide personalized financial planning, advice, and solutions tailored to individual client needs and goals.
  • Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, families, and generations in the Northeast Indiana community.
  • Prospect and secure client appointments using personal networks, Thrivent’s brand, financial workshops, and targeted marketing strategies.
  • Deliver award-winning financial education workshops and seminars to engage prospects and strengthen community ties.
  • Collaborate with Thrivent specialists in investments, insurance, banking, and generosity programs to offer holistic solutions.
  • Manage your business with flexibility, balancing client meetings, administrative tasks, and professional development.
  • Stay compliant with all regulatory requirements, including maintaining licenses and registrations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance skills and drive business growth.
  • Contribute to a culture of generosity by promoting Thrivent’s mission of faith-driven financial guidance.

  • Must obtain required licenses: state life, health & variable contracts; Series 7 and 66 securities registrations (Thrivent provides paid training).
  • Commitment to Thrivent’s Christian heritage and mission of generosity.
  • Reside in or strong ties to Northeast Indiana (Ft. Wayne area preferred).

Compensation Overview

Earn uncapped income through a competitive commission and incentive structure based on your production and client acquisition. Top performers in similar roles achieve six-figure earnings. Thrivent supports your ramp-up with paid training and stipends.
