Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor, you will build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity. Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice while connecting clients to Thrivent’s comprehensive products and programs, including investments, insurance, banking, and generosity initiatives. Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships across generations based on trust and understanding, serving clients in your chosen community such as O'Neill, NE, Columbus, NE, or Yankton, SD.

  • Maintain compliance with state insurance licenses, Series 7, and Series 66 registrations.

  • Obtain state insurance licenses (life, health & variable contracts), Series 7 and 66 registrations (paid training provided).
  • Previous experience in sales, client relationship management, or community leadership preferred but not required.
