Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor in Orange County, you will build a financial practice that empowers clients to achieve clarity, security, and generosity. Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice while connecting clients to Thrivent’s comprehensive suite of products and programs, including investments, insurance, banking, and philanthropy tools. Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships across generations based on trust, understanding, and shared values. Serve clients in your chosen Orange County community, making client appointments through your network, Thrivent’s strong reputation, and innovative marketing strategies.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Build a sustainable financial practice guiding Christians toward financial clarity and lives of service and faith.
  • Deliver personalized financial planning, including retirement strategies, wealth management, investment portfolios, life insurance, health insurance, and banking solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct award-winning financial workshops and seminars in Orange County to educate and attract prospective clients.

Education & Experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Obtain state insurance licenses (life, health & variable contracts), Series 7 and 66 registrations (Thrivent provides paid training).
  • Prior experience in sales, business management, education, ministry, hospitality, military, or related fields is highly transferable.
