Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor, you will build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity. Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice, connecting clients to Thrivent’s comprehensive suite of products and programs including investments, insurance, banking, and generosity initiatives. Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships across generations based on trust and understanding, serving clients right in your chosen Powder Springs/Dallas community.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Build and grow a financial practice focused on holistic financial planning for individuals and families in Powder Springs/Dallas, GA.

• Leverage Thrivent’s tools and platforms to analyze client needs and recommend tailored solutions, including life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, and banking services.
• Host educational financial workshops and seminars to attract prospects and establish thought leadership in the local community.
• Prospect and network within local churches, businesses, and community events to generate leads and schedule client meetings.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA Series 7 and 66, and state insurance licenses.
• Collaborate with Thrivent’s internal teams for marketing support, technology integration, and business coaching to accelerate practice growth.
• Foster multi-generational client relationships through ongoing service, annual reviews, and proactive planning updates.
