Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor, you will build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith. Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice while connecting clients to Thrivent’s comprehensive products and programs, including investments, insurance, banking, and generosity initiatives.

Earn uncapped income through a competitive commission and incentive structure. First-year advisors in Riverside markets often achieve $80,000–$150,000+ total compensation, with top performers exceeding $200,000 annually. Base salary during training, plus bonuses for production milestones.
