Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor in Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding areas, you will build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith. Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice, connecting clients to Thrivent’s comprehensive products and programs including investments, insurance, banking, and generosity initiatives.

Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships across generations based on trust and understanding. Serve clients in your chosen Santa Clarita community with flexibility to control your schedule, ensuring work-life balance while enjoying a supportive team environment.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Build and grow a financial practice by leveraging your personal network and Thrivent’s strong reputation in Santa Clarita Valley.
• Deliver award-winning financial workshops and marketing strategies to generate client appointments and leads.
• Provide expert, purpose-based financial advice tailored to clients’ life stages, goals, and faith-driven values.
• Connect clients to Thrivent products such as life insurance, health insurance, variable contracts, investment portfolios, banking solutions, and generosity programs.
• Cultivate long-term relationships through ongoing guidance, helping families achieve financial security across generations.

• Maintain compliance with Series 7, Series 66, and state insurance licensing requirements.

• Previous experience in sales, business management, education, ministry, hospitality, military, or related fields is highly valued.
• Demonstrated success in building relationships and driving results.
