Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor, you will build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith. Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice, connecting clients to Thrivent products and programs like retirement planning, life insurance, investment strategies, and generosity planning tools.

Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships throughout generations based on trust and understanding, with the ability to serve clients in your chosen community. Detailed Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial planning sessions, assessing clients' goals, risk tolerance, and life stages to craft tailored strategies.
• Recommend and implement investment portfolios, insurance solutions, and banking products suited to individual and family needs.
• Host educational workshops and seminars on topics like retirement readiness, debt management, college funding, and faith-based giving in Sarasota and nearby areas.
• Prospect and network within local churches, community events, businesses, and professional groups to generate leads.

Education & Experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
