Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor in St. Charles County and surrounding cities, you'll build a financial practice guiding clients toward lives of service and faith. Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice while connecting clients to Thrivent's comprehensive products and programs, including investments, insurance, banking, and generosity initiatives. Leverage your network and Thrivent’s renowned reputation to make client appointments, deliver impactful financial workshops, and market your practice effectively.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a financial practice focused on guiding Christians to financial clarity and empowering lives of service and faith in St. Charles, Missouri.
• Deliver personalized, actionable financial advice and connect clients to Thrivent products like life insurance, investments, annuities, and banking solutions.
• Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships across generations, built on trust, understanding, and community involvement.
• Secure client appointments through personal networks, Thrivent’s marketing support, and hosting award-winning financial education workshops.
• Control your schedule for optimal work-life balance while serving clients in St. Charles County and surrounding areas.
