Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor in Tulsa, OK, you will build a financial practice focused on personal, actionable, and achievable advice. Connect clients to Thrivent products and programs, including investments, insurance, banking, and generosity initiatives. Develop genuine, long-term relationships across generations based on trust and understanding.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a book of business by leveraging personal networks, Thrivent’s brand, and community events in Tulsa and suburbs like Broken Arrow, Jenks, and Bixby.
  • Provide expert financial planning, including retirement strategies, wealth accumulation, insurance protection, and legacy planning with a faith-based perspective.
  • Conduct client discovery meetings to uncover needs and recommend Thrivent solutions like mutual funds, annuities, life insurance, and charitable giving programs.
  • Host financial education workshops and seminars to generate leads and establish thought leadership in the Tulsa area.
  • Utilize Thrivent’s digital tools, CRM systems, and marketing resources to manage client relationships and track performance.
  • Collaborate with Thrivent’s field leadership and specialists for business coaching, compliance support, and product expertise.
  • Stay compliant with FINRA, SEC, and state regulations while pursuing ongoing professional development.
