Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor in Vedra Beach/St. Augustine, you will build a financial practice by providing personal, actionable, and achievable advice. Connect clients to Thrivent products and programs while developing genuine, long-term relationships based on trust and understanding. Serve clients in your chosen community, making client appointments through your network and Thrivent’s powerful resources.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Build and grow a financial practice guiding clients toward financial clarity and purposeful living.
• Provide expert, personalized financial advice on investments, insurance, banking, and generosity planning.
• Develop and maintain multi-generational client relationships rooted in trust, faith, and community involvement.
• Prospect and secure client appointments using personal networks, referrals, financial workshops, and digital marketing.
• Deliver award-winning financial education workshops and seminars in St. Augustine and Vedra Beach areas.
• Collaborate with Thrivent specialists in business development, marketing, and technology to optimize your practice.
• Manage your schedule flexibly to achieve work-life balance while meeting client needs.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Must be willing to obtain required licenses: Life, Health & Variable Contracts insurance licenses, Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations.
