Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor with Riverside Wealth Advisors, you will build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith. Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice while connecting clients to Thrivent products and programs. Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships throughout generations in your chosen community.

  • Prospect and secure client appointments using personal networks, Thrivent’s brand, workshops, and marketing strategies.
  • Deliver educational financial workshops and seminars to attract and educate potential clients.
  • Collaborate with Thrivent specialists in marketing, technology, and business development to enhance practice growth.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Series 7, 66, and state insurance licenses.
  • Manage your schedule flexibly to balance professional success with personal life and community service.
  • Continuously develop skills through ongoing training, coaching, and peer collaboration.
