Role Description

The Licensed Client Service Administrator provides essential insurance-licensed administrative support to SEMO Financial Advisors. You'll serve as a key resource for Financial Advisors and clients, handling inquiries, researching accounts, and managing daily operations. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting members, managing mail and email, ordering supplies, and utilizing Thrivent's computer systems for client relations and insurance tasks. Reporting directly to Kendra Troncale, this role ensures seamless practice operations while delivering exceptional client service in Perryville, Missouri.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and coordinate special projects to support advisor efficiency.
  • Oversee projects, administer programs, and handle processing functions as needed.
  • Drive client-facing activity by scheduling meetings and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Update Salesforce with accurate client contact and preference information.
  • Assist Lead Advisors with preparation and follow-up for client meetings, including note-taking and action item tracking.
  • Attend client meetings to document notes, follow-up tasks, and next steps.
  • Research products, pricing, and contact carriers for detailed information.
  • Answer basic client questions and provide fund values for securities, variable insurance, and annuities (if appropriately licensed).
  • Fill out forms for account openings/maintenance and prepare applications for advisor approval.
  • Set up and retrieve reports in the portfolio management system.
  • Collaborate with financial associates on purchasing, selling, holding, or exchanging securities products.
  • Conduct verbal or written communications with customers on financial matters and perform substantive research for recommendations.
  • Handle daily operations: phones, greeting members, mail/email distribution, supply ordering, and other administrative tasks.
