  • Maintain a consistent recruiting pipeline to fuel market capacity growth and surpass total sales objectives via advisor referrals and strategic community partnerships.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with channel stakeholders to source exceptional candidates for diverse roles, including Virtual Advice, team sales, support positions, and more.
  • Partner with matrix teams to actively manage candidates through all phases: selection, licensing, and successful launch.
  • Conduct in-depth selection interviews, rigorously assess candidates, and articulate Thrivent's compelling value proposition with confidence.
  • Foster relationships with matrix partners to secure resources for developing talent into high-performing teams and future leaders.

Develop and Launch FA Practices

  • Demonstrate mastery of the Thrivent Financial Advice Process, modeling and coaching advisors on every element for exceptional client outcomes.
  • Deliver consistent launch support, including practice management training, goal-setting workshops, and performance optimization strategies.
