  • Maintain a consistent recruiting pipeline to support market capacity growth and total sales objectives via advisor referrals and community partnerships.
  • Collaborate with channel stakeholders to source candidates for open roles, including Virtual Advice, team sales, and support positions.
  • Actively manage candidates through selection, licensing, and launch phases in partnership with matrix teams.
  • Conduct selection interviews, assess candidates, and articulate Thrivent’s unique value proposition confidently.
  • Foster relationships with matrix partners to develop talent for teams and future leaders.

Develop and Launch FA Practices

  • Master and coach on the Thrivent Financial Advice Process, modeling all elements for advisors.
  • Provide hands-on launch support for new financial advisors in their first year, alongside matrix partners.
  • Guide financial advisors and teams in developing/executing business plans leveraging natural markets, referrals, and communities, in partnership with Member Engagement and Marketing teams.
  • Conduct joint fieldwork to observe, provide feedback, offer case consultations, and assist in delivery.
  • Align with matrix partners to identify and grow future team leaders and members.
  • Demonstrate, model, and coach on Salesforce, MoneyGuidePro, Thrivent Planning Platform, and other advice tools during sales processes.

Additional duties include strengthening local brand presence, expanding client bases through community engagement, and supporting succession efforts to ensure sustainable growth in the Sioux Falls market.
