The Office Manager at Thrivent's Shuttleworth Financial Group in Agawam, Massachusetts, is the backbone of our office operations. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will oversee all support staff, ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional client service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with technology tools, ability to manage multiple priorities, and commitment to confidentiality are required. Competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications, tailored to Agawam, Massachusetts market standards.
