Role Description

The Office Manager at Thrivent's Shuttleworth Financial Group in Agawam, Massachusetts, is the backbone of our office operations. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will oversee all support staff, ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional client service. This hands-on leadership role involves managing team performance, regulatory compliance, technology systems, marketing initiatives, and event coordination. Detailed Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and support office staff to ensure operational efficiency and fulfillment of daily client service requests.
  • Train, coach, and mentor support staff, fostering professional growth and high performance standards.
  • Prepare and manage weekly team meeting agendas to align on goals and priorities.
  • Manage the business pipeline from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution and follow-through.
  • Oversee advisors' continuing education, computer-based trainings, licensing requirements, renewals, and onboarding processes.
  • Monitor documentation standards and disclosure requirements to maintain full regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee and maintain office technology systems, including computers, printers, internet connectivity, and related equipment.
  • Manage the office's social media presence to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Develop and manage the team's marketing plan in alignment with growth initiatives and business goals.
  • Handle complex client service requests, ensuring the highest standards of satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of Advisors' 'Quarterly Call' activities, including scheduling, content development, and follow-up.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute office events such as Economic Outlook presentations, team-building activities, and community outreach (e.g., church events).
