Role Description

As the first point of contact in our Collinsville office, the Receptionist creates positive impressions for clients and visitors. Reporting to Dustin Eckhardt, you'll ensure seamless operations, maintain a professional atmosphere, and support our financial advisors.   • Office security: Monitor access, follow safety protocols, and manage visitor logs.
  • Mail handling: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and deliveries promptly.
  • CRM updates: Accurately enter client data into our Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Supply management: Order office supplies, track inventory, and maintain stock levels.
  • Event support: Assist in planning and executing team events and client appreciation activities.
  • Light housekeeping: Keep bathrooms, kitchen, reception, and shared areas clean, stocked, and professional.
