Role Description

As a Team-Based Financial Advisor with Alamo Associates in San Antonio, you'll join an existing team of experienced advisors, gaining immediate access to their diverse skill sets. This role offers stability during your ramp-up phase, allowing you to focus on learning rather than immediate production pressures. The position bridges to a full traditional Financial Advisor role within 3 months to 3 years. Licensing takes 8-13 weeks, followed by up to 8 weeks of comprehensive training. Post-training, you'll build your book of business under team mentorship, serving clients holistically across life, health, annuity, securities, investments, and retirement needs.

Licensing and Training

• Obtain Resident State Life, Health, and Annuity licenses
• Complete Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
