Role Description

As a Support Advisor, you'll serve as a vital resource for our financial advisors, delivering exceptional client support and operational excellence. This role involves handling sensitive client communications, facilitating educational seminars, conducting research for investment recommendations, processing trades and applications, and collaborating on client meetings. You'll counsel clients on suitable financial products, insurance, and investment advisory services, ensuring every interaction aligns with our client-first philosophy.

Employed directly by Quadrant Financial Advisors, you'll play a key role in business planning, marketing initiatives, and driving client satisfaction. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals passionate about finance, this position offers exposure to diverse financial services in a supportive, high-impact environment.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Handle sensitive communications with clients, managing highly confidential information through verbal and written channels to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate and co-present product-specific seminars and workshops to educate clients on financial solutions.
  • Identify fund selection criteria and track performance against indexes, particularly for WRAP accounts.
  • Participate in practice business planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Counsel prospective and current clients on appropriate financial products and investment advisory services.
  • Open and complete product applications efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct substantive research, due diligence, and information gathering to support suitable securities recommendations and investment advice.
  • Gather and analyze client financial and suitability information.
  • Accept and enter securities trade orders, including unsolicited trades, with precision.
  • Explain insurance coverage, analyze policies and exposures, and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Issue certificates of insurance, endorsements, binders, commitments, and contracts.
  • Assist financial representatives in preparing for and following up on client meetings.
  • Collaborate with advisors to implement client product changes seamlessly.
  • Drive marketing efforts, including direct mail, fraternal activities, seminars, and community events.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities based on licensure and business needs.

Education & Experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant licenses (e.g., Series 7, Series 66, Life & Health Insurance) or willingness to obtain.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software, CRM systems (e.g., Wealthscape, Salesforce), and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred: Experience in comprehensive financial planning, WRAP accounts, or Thrivent products. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (FINRA, SEC, state insurance).
