Role Description

The Team-Sponsored Launch position is designed for passionate individuals ready to launch or transition into a financial advising career. You'll benefit from direct support, including joint fieldwork and mentorship from veteran advisors, providing income stability during your ramp-up phase. This model accommodates various backgrounds and timelines, with the goal of transitioning to a full traditional financial advisor role within 3 months to 3 years.

Licensing and training are fully supported: Obtain essential credentials like Resident State Life, Health and Annuity licenses, Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), and Series 6/63 or 7/66 (or 7/63 and 65) over 8-13 weeks. Follow with up to 8 weeks of comprehensive training to equip you for client success.

Post-training, build your book of business through genuine relationship-building, empowering clients with informed decisions on investments, insurance, retirement, and education planning. Thrive in DeWitt, IA, where community ties run deep, and your impact resonates locally.
