Role Description

The Virtual Financial Advisor plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional financial guidance and support. Utilizing Thrivent's robust advice framework, your primary objective is to re-engage existing Thrivent clients, deliver tailored recommendations, and help clients take action to enhance their financial well-being.

This role proactively connects with Thrivent clients through outbound calls to schedule and hold appointments via phone, shared screens, and video. A portion of interactions will come from referrals. Through pre-planned, well-structured appointments, you'll delve into clients’ personal situations, previous Thrivent experiences, financial goals, and current financial standing—empowering them to improve their financial health.

Hired in Milwaukee—a designated “Growth Market”—you'll primarily work remotely but collaborate weekly onsite with leaders and peers. This hybrid model combines flexibility with team synergy, perfect for financial advisors in Milwaukee seeking impact without relocation.
