Role Overview

As Tier1 Production Support Lead in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you'll spearhead the L1+ support team within Ford's SAP Enterprise Platform Organization. This full-time role focuses on production support for SAP S/4HANA enhancements, forms, workflows, standard Fiori reports, PCF components, MDM Informatica, and Integration Center (IICs). Play a pivotal role in maintaining system stability, resolving incidents swiftly, and enabling business continuity for Ford's global operations. Key Responsibilities

Your leadership will ensure seamless SAP operations. Key duties include:

• Leading the Tier1/L1+ team in handling production support tickets for enhancements, forms, and workflows.
• Managing standard Fiori reports, PCF developments, and custom UI components.
• Overseeing MDM processes using Informatica and IICs for data integration.
• Monitoring system performance, prioritizing incidents, and driving root cause analysis.
• Collaborating with Tier2/3 teams, developers, and business stakeholders for efficient resolutions.
• Implementing proactive measures to reduce downtime and enhance user satisfaction.
• Ensuring compliance with Ford's global standards and SAP best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP production support, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, PCF, Informatica MDM, and IICs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in automotive or manufacturing ERP.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management frameworks.

Certifications in SAP S/4HANA or related modules are highly preferred.
