Job Description:

The Opportunity: Grow Your Career.

  • Provides administrative support to SRVP and AVP of Field Ops
  • Manages multiple calendars and arranges meetings both on and off-site
  • Plans, schedules and coordinates all travel arrangements
  • Interfaces with a large variety of internal and external people on issues which are of a complex and highly confidential nature
  • Prepares, types, proof reads, copies and routes memos, correspondence and reports
  • Screens and directs all incoming phone calls
  • Handles Special projects as assigned such as payroll, new stores opening planning process, operations and financial analysis

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills are required
  • Must be capable of exercising independent judgment when performing tasks
  • Must possess multi-tasking skills and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a very fast paced environment
  • Must have excellent phone manner, solid written and verbal communication skills and be customer service oriented
  • Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Strong EXCEL skills are an absolute requirement, this includes current working knowledge of Formulas and Pivot Tables
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude are a must
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a corporate and/or retail management setting

This position has a starting pay range of $25.60 to $35.20 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
