About the Role

We are looking a Senior Engineer with expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Power Automate, and other Low-Code/No-Code platforms to lead process automation initiatives. This role also involves working on Performance and Test Automation platforms such as Tricentis Tosca and NeoLoad, or quickly ramping up on similar tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize automation solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality across enterprise processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using RPA tools, Power Automate, and other Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support QA automation testing using tools like Tricentis Tosca.
  • Support performance testing initiatives leveraging tools such as NeoLoad, ensuring systems meet scalability and reliability standards.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for automation processes, workflows, and test scripts.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards in all automation solutions.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging automation technologies and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement for automation-related stories.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in process automation engineering or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (Blue Prism is preferred) and Power Automate.
  • Strong understanding of Low-Code/No-Code tools for process automation.
  • Proficiency in SAFe/Scrum framework.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in test automation using tools like Tricentis Tosca or ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools such as NeoLoad or ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience in supply chain, retail domains.
  • Knowledge of API-based integrations, scripting languages, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with cloud automation patterns and event-driven architectures.
