The Opportunity:

Kickstart your career in Accounts Payable with our dynamic team! We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented person with a strong foundation in accounting or finance to join us in supporting our international operations. This is a good opportunity to develop your career in a multinational environment, supporting international operations.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain effective and professional customer relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Support comprehensive account management and transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.  

• Liaise with internal and external customers/stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met and agreed service standards are consistently achieved.

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries, resolving issues efficiently according to customer agreements and established processes.

• Contribute to the smooth operation of our Accounts Payable function within a multinational setting.

 

What You’ll need to succeed:

• While 1-2 years of experience is valued, we encourage recent graduates with relevant academic backgrounds to apply.

• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Fluency in Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with international counterparts.  

• Basic understanding in using MS Office Excel Suite.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

• Always open to learn attitude.
