*Primary responsibility is to achieve Business Development targets for both Warehousing & Transportation divisions of TGL Taiwan.
*Maximize revenue and profits through price strategies, margin control and long-term retention strategies.
*Maintain good business relationships with existing customers and use best practices and strategies for getting additional.
*Understand the customer needs, priorities & ambitions, develop winning solution concepts and communicate to the customer.
*Drive continuous improvement strategies with key customers.
*Co-ordinate with operations team, solutions team & all support functions, for effective delivery and meet customer needs.
*Ensure Submission of all proposals within timelines.
*Analyse market trends; recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
*Keeping close track of Competition activity; their strategic moves and working out strategy to protect company's interest.
*Maintain BD pipeline reports, present periodic progress reports to senior leadership and review them periodically.
*Run and report back on regular customer feedback mechanisms such as customer satisfaction surveys and analysis of customer opportunities.
