This role is central to ensuring the smooth review, administration, and execution of contracts across our global operations. While the position is open to fresh graduates, candidates with prior experience in contract administration or contract management will have an advantage.
Contract Review & Quality Assurance
Verify that all contract-related information submitted by the business meets established standards. Return incomplete or incorrect submissions for revision and guide stakeholders on required improvements.
Coordination with GF Legal
Allocating legal/contract matters to GF legal & managing LCR approvals including escalations to GF and other Toll senior management as per the GF Delegations of Authority (DOA) Matrix
Contract Administration & Execution
Administration of contracts through to execution, identifying the authorised signatory/director(s) to sign per jurisdiction in line with the DOA signing authorities
Problem Solving & Stakeholder Support
Initiate own efforts to quickly overcome problems to meet urgent requirements, deadlines, and special requests. These may involve business unit stakeholders, other group functions and escalations with GF Teams and Toll senior management structure.
Workload Management & Team Collaboration
Plan and prioritise your own tasks effectively while working within a high-performing team. Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure the effective processing of GF claims and contracts on daily basis.
Claims Management
Support the administration and management of global loss and damage claims across Toll Group.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Having a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships across diverse cultures and teams.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate work under time pressure.
Prior experience in freight forwarding or contract management is a plus.
Fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with global partners and customers.
Flexibility to provide occasional support during public holidays or when there's a specific business need.
