PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND OUTPUTS

 

The primary responsibilities and decisions reside in these areas:

 

·         Assist with day-to-day office & HR administrations tasks including HR systems & processes, i.e. Concur, CWT (Travel) & Workday, Service Now/Vantage

·         Comply with all Social Security Office requirements in Thailand

·         Comply with all Provident Fund requirements in Thailand

·         Comply with all Department of Labour Protection and Welfare reporting requirements in Thailand

·         Support employee with Group Insurance benefits in Thailand

·         Comply with Revenue Department requirements in Thailand

·         Preparation of Letters of Offer & Contracts of Employment, Change of Condition Letters and other relevant documentation for new & existing employees.

·         Obtaining appropriate approval & signatures and distribution of new starter paperwork.

·         Coordinate and prepare employee termination and exit paperwork for management approval;

·         Assistance with new employee onboarding & documentation / information and changes to employee information.

·         Provide assistance to managers and employees for Workday tasks as necessary;

·         Monitor Workday action items for completion, and follow up actions where necessary.

·         Maintains employee data files

·         Ad hoc Global HR administration duties, as required

 

 

 

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Work with the G & D HR team and Assisted Passage to ensure successful achievement of the day-to-day office HR administrative functions

  • Demonstrate efficient, consistent and effective HR support services

  • Ensure the day-to-day HR administration and office administration activities are provided in a timely manner

  • Monitor own workflow and processes to identify process improvements and capability gaps and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders

·         Ensure accuracy, integrity of data entry and ensure personal confidential information

 

 

PRE-REQUISITES:

 

Knowledge/Experience

·         HR or business-related qualification

·         2+ years of Human Resources administration

·         Previous experience of managing typical office vendors  

·         Strong understanding and experience of vendor & purchase order management, including reconciling invoices

 

 

Qualifications or Prerequisites

·         Desirable – HR or business-related qualification

·         Good data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.

·         Advanced user of Microsoft products

·          Fluency (written/oral) in both English and Thai
