What You’ll Do

As a Logistics Assistant, you will support daily warehouse and cargo-handling operations, ensuring goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Warehouse & Cargo Operations

  • Perform loading, unloading, moving, stacking, and arranging of cargo

  • Handle container stuffing and unstuffing, transshipment, transloading, and cross-docking operations

  • Carry out picking, packing, palletizing, and cargo consolidation activities

  • Comply with height, weight, and special handling requirements

  • Support handling of time- and temperature-sensitive cargo and dangerous goods

Quality & Documentation

  • Validate shipping and warehouse documentation

  • Escalate non-conformities and operational issues promptly

  • Support initiatives to improve quality and efficiency of logistics services

Safety & Compliance

  • Perform work in accordance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements

  • Identify and report safety hazards, incidents, and near-misses

  • Support safety risk assessments and incident or crisis management initiatives

  • Maintain high standards for safety, health, and operational quality

Warehouse Standards & Technology

  • Maintain warehouse operations in line with 5S standards (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)

  • Operate warehouse systems and tools such as RF handheld devices, WMS, and other technologies

  • Support technology improvement projects and adoption of new systems

Sustainability & Optimization

  • Support packaging optimization and waste reduction (reuse, recycle)

  • Assist in optimizing energy, water usage, and transportation routes within operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Forklift licence

  • Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred

  • Physically fit and able to carry items (around 5kg)

  • Willing to work shift hours and overtime when required

  • Hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious

  • Good attendance record and team-oriented attitude
