Key Responsibilities

As a Logistics Assistant, you will support daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient and accurate handling of goods.

• Perform picking, packing, and order fulfilment in the warehouse

• Operate forklift, reach truck, and order picker safely and efficiently

• Handle goods receiving and dispatching activities

• Move and carry stock (up to 5kg) as part of daily operations

• Maintain warehouse 5S standards and good housekeeping

• Follow all workplace safety, health, and operational procedures

• Support stock checks, inventory accuracy, and ad-hoc warehouse duties

• Willingness to perform overtime when operationally required

Working Hours (Shift Rotation)

Week 1:

• Monday to Thursday: 10:00am – 7:30pm

• Friday: 10:00am – 7:00pm

• Alternate Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm

Week 2:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

• Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

• Alternate Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm

Requirements

• Valid Forklift Licence (mandatory)

• Experience as a warehouse operator (picking, packing, forklift, reach truck, order picker)

• Physically fit; able to carry stock up to 5kg

• Willing to work shift hours and overtime

• Hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious

• Good attendance record and positive work attitude

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
