• To support and execute all aspects of business process optimisation ensuring a continuous assessment and improvement of productivity and efficiency.
• Directly manage all Operational Excellence KPIs in TGF branches.
• Lead and provide guidance to MY customs brokerage team on customs regulatory/trade compliance updates and ensure 100% compliance.
• Key contact point for all compliance matters and initiatives for Global Forwarding and Global Logistics.
• Identifies quick wins to remove waste and supports branches and country to execute.
• Analyses data to identify root causes and baseline data and potential improvement and expected benefits.
• To liaise with customs department / other agencies directly regards to customs related matters / queries by internal and external customer and revert with appropriate solution. Internal
• To study and understand the current system / method to use for customs clearance and provide with a recommendation for continues business improvement.
• To ensure all customs activity (import / export) comply in accordance with company / local / international process and procedure.
