Customer Service

• Coordinate with internal and external to arrange import shipment as per regulations and KPI
• Keep tracking shipment status and updating all relevant parties
• Trouble shooting and solving of daily issues

Document Submission & Invoicing

• Verification of the completeness and accuracy of all import documents to ensure compliance with instruction and regulation in each country before submit import manifest to carrier / co-loader
• Follow up import documents and submit import manifest to carrier / co-loader
• Import documents released
• Ensure timely and accurate billing, costing and taking into account to resolve any issues

Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all shipment details and resolve any issue promptly

Job file closure

• Ensure all documentation is accurately uploaded into system and job closed once billing is completed
• Take full responsibility for resolving any outstanding issue related to documentation or billing before closing jobs.

Compliance

• Awareness of compliance, sanction country, and country regulations

Data Quality

• Maintain and update record or status for all shipment in timely and accurately manner
• Ensure data/event update as per requirement in timely and completely manner
