Key Responsibilities

  • Provide business support and manage escalations related to process validation, design, and changes.
  • Govern and maintain SOPs; cascade to countries/branches and collect feedback for global teams.
  • Support CW1 front-end usage (excluding IT infrastructure, connectivity, or RDS issues).
  • Facilitate and support regression and UAT testing.
  • Generate business and client reports using CW1.
  • Support country-level initiatives and submit change requests to IT.
  • Collaborate with global BPO, support country super users, and deliver CW1 training and coaching in Asia.
  • Assist GBS with task transfers, process automation, and optimization.
  • Support global sanctions and compliance initiatives to mitigate business risk.

Process Improvement:

  • Evaluate and enhance operational processes to meet market and customer needs.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across divisions and systems.
  • Ensure robust internal controls for new operations and acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with departments to implement performance-optimizing changes.
  • Research and apply best practices in quality and continuous improvement.
  • Lead improvement projects, ensuring timely and budget-aligned execution.

Compliance & Governance

  • Develop, implement, and enforce compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct compliance-based audits and evaluate business controls.
  • Manage internal control and quality assurance processes.
  • Support system development with a focus on compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Align with strategic frameworks and report key findings to senior management.
