Revenue Growth & Market Penetration:

  • Execute the regional sales strategy to acquire new large, national, and strategic customers (new logo business) and drive expansion within the current strategic account portfolio.

  • Maximize profitability and market share by personally executing new sales and systematically upselling and cross-selling solutions to existing clients across all verticals.

New Business Development & Acquisition:

  • Proactively prospect, identify, and target key decision-makers (including C-level) within large national and strategic organizations to generate new business opportunities.

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to win new logo accounts, overcoming complex customer challenges and demonstrating compelling value to secure long-term contracts.

Operational Excellence & Values-Driven Management:

  • Maintain data compliance in the CRM to log client engagement activities and showcase new opportunities (pipelines).

  • Build key contacts and relationships within the Toll Network. Ensure the business works together to align with the One Toll strategy.

  • Work with team lead and get support from Sales Operations team, product heads, and network stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets expectation.

  • Monitor & support the finance team with the collection of daily sales outstanding - DSO (if required).

  • To ensure that the personal knowledge of all relevant TOLL products and services is up to date at all times.

Previous Work Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Postgraduate or professional certifications in logistics, sales leadership, or account management are advantageous.

  • 8+ years in strategic account management, sales, or business development within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and expanding client portfolios.

  • Expertise in both international and domestic logistics solutions.

  • Skilled in presenting, negotiating, and influencing senior stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for business decision-making.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
