About Toll Group

At Toll, we do more than just logistics - we move the businesses that move the world. Our 16,000 team members can help solve any logistics, transport, or supply chain challenge – big or small. We have been supporting our customers for more than 130 years. Today, we support more than 20,000 customers worldwide with 500 sites in 27 markets, and a forwarding network spanning 150 countries. We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.com

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join Global IT team. In this role, you will contribute to the configuration, administration, and functional support of Salesforce across the enterprise. You will work on core Salesforce administration tasks (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and security), while learning to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.

This role supports Toll’s strategy of building in-house Salesforce capability and strengthening platform governance and adoption. You will work closely with the Salesforce Product Manager, collaborating with developers, business analysts, and IT teams to deliver enhancements, optimize workflows, and ensure Salesforce continues to meet business needs.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow Salesforce admin and functional consulting skills in a complex enterprise IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Administration & Configuration: Manage objects, fields, record types, page layouts, profiles, roles, and permission sets. Build and optimize Flows, validation rules, and approval processes. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.

  • Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to capture business needs and document requirements. Translate requirements into Salesforce features and user stories. Support solution design workshops with guidance from the Salesforce Product Manager.

  • User Support & Adoption: Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users. Deliver training sessions and create user guides. Drive adoption by simplifying processes and promoting Salesforce best practices.

  • Governance & Release Management: Ensure changes follow Toll’s governance and change control standards. Assist with testing, release coordination, and documentation of changes. Work with DevOps tools (Gearset, Salesforce DX, version control) under guidance to support deployments.

  • Continuous Improvement & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date configuration and process documentation. Identify opportunities for process optimization and propose enhancements. Contribute to the internal knowledge base.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education:
bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience:
0–3 years of Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and declarative tools., CRM support, or a similar IT/business analyst role. Internship or academic project experience with Salesforce is an added advantage.

  • Skills & Attributes:

    • Understanding of Salesforce basics (objects, fields, flows, validation rules).

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Good communication — able to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users.

    • Collaborative and eager to learn in a global IT environment.

    • Self-driven and detail-oriented.

  • Certifications:
Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification is highly desirable — or a strong willingness to earn it within your first 6 months.

What moves you?

At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters. From food, fuel, medicine and rescue services, we keep businesses and communities thriving. Every day brings change. We see that as an opportunity. To be curious. To ask the right questions. And build meaningful connections. Because finding new ways to solve problems is what we do. With a bold vision to expand our global reach, our 16,000+ people bring a passion for progress. We collaborate in friendly, caring teams, supported by approachable leaders who give us the autonomy to quickly make decisions with impact. Learn and grow with industry-leading training, alongside talented experts. Feel empowered to take on diverse challenges and new responsibilities to move you, our customers, and our world further.

Are you excited about this role but are concerned you don’t meet all the requirements? If you have similar skills and are willing to learn then we encourage you to apply anyway. We know that some people hesitate to apply for jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At Toll, we value a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re interested in this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly then please talk to us – you may be just the right candidate for this or other roles we have coming up.
