About the Role

As a key member of our Value‑Added Services (VAS) team and reporting to the VAS Team Leader, you will act as the central point of contact for our customers and clients, overseeing and co‑ordinating all elements of the logistical process. Working closely with the VAS Operations Manager (Sydney) and the VAS Global Lead, you will ensure that daily operations are carried out in line with company policies and established SOPs. With the full support and resources of TGF, you will be empowered to deliver a premium, customer‑focused service while maintaining exceptional operational standards.

A day in the life of Senior VAS Coordinator at Toll Group:

  • Oversees end‑to‑end warehousing and transport operations, including inbound/outbound activities, bookings, shipment co‑ordination, documentation, and container packing supervision.
  • Manages shipment logistics with transport providers, shipping lines, customs, destination agents, and handles all related documentation, compliance, and customer/site interactions.
  • Produces quotations and operational reports, extracts daily KPIs, tracks and acquits all shipments (domestic and international), and maintains work‑in‑progress within required KPIs.
  • Conducts billing control and audits, monitors inventory integrity, investigates discrepancies, and implements corrective actions to support operational performance and profitability.
  • Develops and maintains SOPs, trains staff on systems and client requirements, supports new system learning, and manages client projects such as stocktakes and onboarding.
  • Contributes to HSE obligations, provides operational leadership coverage, and carries out additional duties as directed by the Value‑Added Service Manager.

About You:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Working knowledge of CargoWise or similar logistics management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polite and friendly email/telephone manner. Ability to interact calmly and professionally with customers in all situations.
  • Demonstrated capability to work effectively with Floor Operations teams while maintaining professionalism.

About the Role

As a key member of our Value‑Added Services (VAS) team and reporting to the VAS Team Leader, you will act as the central point of contact for our customers and clients, overseeing and co‑ordinating all elements of the logistical process. A day in the life of Senior VAS Coordinator at Toll Group:
