We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.com

Step into a pivotal executive role where your leadership, values, and commercial capability will shape the next era of growth for Toll. We’re seeking a Senior Vice President - Growth who truly embodies The Toll Way, bringing discipline, curiosity, accountability, and a collaborative mindset that lifts the whole executive table. This is a role with genuine influence: you’ll help define how we win, where we grow, and how we strengthen our position across high-value, high-barrier markets. You’ll be stepping into a business backed by significant investment, a clear strategy, and a mandate to accelerate growth across our most strategically important sectors.

To thrive here, you’ll bring deep expertise across the mining and energy supply chain ecosystem from inbound materials, to export commodity movements, to optimizing the full logistics lifecycle across complex port environments. You’ll understand how value flows through infrastructure, how customers make decisions, and where integrated logistics solutions create commercial advantage. This is a real opportunity to lead growth across the expansive mining and energy markets, supported by a business that’s modernizing, transforming, and hungry for capability.

What You’ll Lead:

  • Strategic Vision: Set and communicate a compelling growth agenda aligned with Toll’s long-term objectives.

  • Enterprise Growth: Drive Merger & Acquisition, strategic alliances, and new market entry opportunities.

  • Commercial Excellence: Embed disciplined sales methodologies and negotiate major contracts for optimal outcomes.

  • Executive Leadership: Inspire and mentor a high-performing team, fostering innovation and accountability.

  • Stakeholder Influence: Cultivate relationships with customers, regulators, and investors to advance Toll’s strategic interests.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years’ executive leadership experience in growth, strategy, or business development within resources, logistics, or related industries.

  • Deep expertise in Mining & Energy or Ports and supply chain operations.

  • Proven track record of delivering significant sales growth in contract logistics.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or Logistics; MBA preferred.

Why Join Us?

At Toll, you’ll join an organization committed to developing its leaders, investing in innovation, and creating an environment where you can make an enterprise-wide impact. If you’re ready to shape strategy, build capability, and drive growth across some of Australia’s most critical supply chain corridors, we’d love to to hear from you.

What moves you?

At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters. From food, fuel, medicine and rescue services, we keep businesses and communities thriving. Every day brings change. We see that as an opportunity. To be curious. To ask the right questions. And build meaningful connections. Because finding new ways to solve problems is what we do. With a bold vision to expand our global reach, our 16,000+ people bring a passion for progress. We collaborate in friendly, caring teams, supported by approachable leaders who give us the autonomy to quickly make decisions with impact. Learn and grow with industry-leading training, alongside talented experts. Feel empowered to take on diverse challenges and new responsibilities to move you, our customers, and our world further.

Are you excited about this role but are concerned you don’t meet all the requirements? If you have similar skills and are willing to learn then we encourage you to apply anyway. We know that some people hesitate to apply for jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At Toll, we value a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re interested in this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly then please talk to us – you may be just the right candidate for this or other roles we have coming up.
